Adhesive Wrap Application Instructions:
Clean Surface: Before applying the decal, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and other contaminants. Use a mild detergent and water or alcohol to clean if necessary, and allow the surface to dry completely.
Prepare wrap: Carefully remove the backing paper from the wrap, exposing the adhesive side. Be cautious not to touch the adhesive surface with your fingers to avoid contamination.
Positioning: Carefully place the wrap onto the desired location on the surface, ensuring it is aligned correctly and positioned as desired.
Application: Starting from one edge, gently press down on the wrap with a squeegee or a flat, firm object, working outward towards the other edges. Apply firm, even pressure to ensure good adhesion and to remove any air bubbles trapped underneath the wrap.
Peel Transfer Tape: Once the decal is applied, slowly and carefully peel away the transfer tape or backing paper, leaving the decal in place on the surface. Take your time to avoid lifting the wrap or causing damage.
Final Press: After removing the transfer tape, go over the wrap once more with the squeegee or a clean, soft cloth to ensure it is firmly adhered to the surface and to remove any remaining air bubbles.
Curing: Allow the wrap to cure and adhere fully to the surface for at least 24-48 hours before exposing it to water, extreme temperatures, or heavy handling. This allows the adhesive to set properly and ensures long-lasting durability.
Maintenance: To clean the surface with the wrap, use a mild detergent and water, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the decal. Gently wipe the surface and decal with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry.
